I’ve been both a victim and beneficiary of Jim’s link ninjas. They are definitely very good at what they do. Well, they have a good leader, do they not? Of course If I had their budget I guess I could be a pretty good link ninja myself ;)

Good tips for a newbie and a good reminder for the old hands. Use what you have to get to where you want to go. Building one step at a time is better than wishing you’re no 1 in google without doing anything about it. Thanks for the tips.

Good post, most of this stuff are indeed the basics but you tend to forget them..
I was thinking about the anchor text, you can only influence that by creating a good title and perfect post about the subject.. Bloggers who use you as a refference sometimes choose the wrong anchor text..
