I used to give guest lectures at my local college once a year, which was really good.

But I’ve been looking to get back in there with some angle or another. Even for just a few hours a week.

Never hurts to get a .edu back-link.

Also, sponsoring local business tech’ events, or simply covering them with an eye to offering it up to the local press could be a good idea, too.

Getting some editorial space, maybe even a regular feature with the local paper wouldn’t do any harm at all…
