		<description>I&#039;ve checked out the Cookbook...It&#039;s ok, not the best.  I think your links here supercede the Cookbook by far.  I find SEO forums somewhat helpful but far too many irrelevent postings and very few good feedback.</description>

I hope a lot of great new information makes it way out of the woodwork this years because there have been way too many &quot;fundamentals of link building&quot; posts. Less philosophy and more link building!</description>
