About the tool
Eightfold Logic Linker is basically a dating portal for websites. You can create a profile for your website(s), list whatever you’re looking for in a partner, and Eightfold Logic will act as a matchmaker by connecting you to possible new link targets.
Before you decide whether to add the match as a connection, you’ll be able to see some basic information of the site, which may help you to decide whether to set up a date with the other webmaster or not.

My Opinion
The idea behind the tool is great. In theory, using Eightfold Logic Linker can be a good way to find relevant, high quality link partners. You can use the tool in relative anonymity, and ‘reciprocal link builders’ don’t seem to have discovered the tool yet in large quantities. However, Eightfold Logic still needs more users (preferably some with good intentions ;)) to make the tool work.
I definitely think it’s worth it to give Linker a try, though, just to see if it can find you some high quality matches to establish a relationship with. It’s a free tool, so the entry barrier is quite low :)
